Teriyaki Broiled Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
Marinate for 1 hour
broil 3-5 minutes per side
Serves 4-5


1 tablespoon finely chopped gingerroot
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water or sake rice wine
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 lb sockeye salmon fillets cut into 4 pieces
Marinate for 1 hour. Put in shallow pan and broil for 3-5 minutes per side.
