Cook Time: 8-10 minutes Makes 6 servings 2 pounds skinless, boneless red snapper fillets ½ cup Caesar salad dressing 1 cup potato chips, crushed ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese |
1. Cut fillets into 6 portions. Dip fish in
salad dressing. Place fillets in a single layer
in a microwave-safe dish with thicker
portions to the outside of dish.
2. Combine crushed chips and cheese; sprinkle over fillets. 3. Cook in microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, rotate dish once during cooking. |
